Collection & Delivery Service

1. Contact us to arrange the service

Contact us by email to arrange a stair runner collection service. You will need to confirm the size of your stair runner (length x width), the type of carpet, the type of edging service you require, and your preferred collection date. We will provide you with a quote for the service.
 

2. Package the carpet

Once confirmed, we will post a carpet packaging parcel out to your home address. You will need to package your carpet using the packaging provided ready for collection.
 

3. Collection

We will arrange for a courier to collect your carpet from you on your chosen collection date.
 

4 .Order processing

Once we receive your carpet, we will create your custom-made stair runner, and then contact you to take payment and confirm your delivery date.
 

5. Delivery

We will arrange for a courier to collect your carpet from us and return to you on your chosen delivery date.​
